Our Programs
At Nurture Grace Foundation, our programs are designed to uplift children, support elderly individuals, empower women, and strengthen vulnerable families across Haiti through compassionate and sustainable initiatives.
Hands of Grace Outreach Program
The Hands of Grace Outreach Program provides monthly food distribution, clothing assistance, clean water support, and hygiene supplies to families facing extreme hardship. This program ensures that no child, elder, or vulnerable family goes without basic necessities.
Adopt a Grandparent Program
This program focuses on caring for elderly individuals who live alone or lack family support. We provide food assistance, wellness visits, emotional support, and basic medical care to help seniors live with dignity and comfort.
Hope for Tomorrow-Children's Support Program
Through this program, we support children by covering school fees, providing uniforms, books, tutoring, and mentorship. Our goal is to keep children in school and give them a strong foundation for a brighter future.
Community Wellness Day
We organize free health outreach events offering blood pressure checks, diabetes screenings, hygiene education, preventive care awareness, and basic medical guidance to improve community health.
Community Garden Initiative
This sustainable program helps families and elders grow fresh produce while learning agriculture skills. It promotes food security, independence, and long-term community nourishment.
Women & Family Support Initiative
This initiative provides emergency assistance, empowerment workshops, family stability resources, and skills training to help women and families become self- sufficient and resilient.
